LOL OMG someone look at moricons.dll in the extracted pack, version # is 6.0.3683.  Longhorn DLL in XP, GOOD JOB :p

Actually, believe it or not some standard Windows XP DLLs are version 6.0. Example: shell32.dll. It's just the Windows XP version with some of the bitmaps hacked so they say "Longhorn Professional". :(

Edit: Oops, moricons.dll in Windows XP SP1 is 5.1.2600.1106. Hmm.

I'll said for once if you didn't read this.

Longhorn Transformation Pack Functions:

-This program can choose Longhorn type for each section like Start flag, Progress dialog login and ToolBar. There's Aero, M4, M6, PDC or Don't change it

-This program can customize additional installation like Longhorn SideBar and Aero ToolBar type

-This program can check Themes services to let user enable or disable this Themes.

-This program can detect setup files before run program to avoid system file replace problems

-This program can use on Windows XP build 2600 or build 2600 with SP1 build 1106 and Windows Server 2003 build 3790

-This program can test sharing violation to avoid system file replace problems

-This program will apply Plex Style with new taskbar and Longhorn screensaver after restart. You can change it yourself and choose other Plex themes and wallpapers

-This program is not recommended for multi-language edition of XP. (However, you can use it)

-This program can use rollback function by run setup again after restart (get previous OS files)

Did you guys read this in my pack? You can use "Don't change it" for all option to keep your own system files. And this pack support Windows XP build 2600 or build 2600 with SP1 build 1106 and Windows Server 2003 build 3790

Because of unexpected thing about releasing Longhorn Transformation Pack 4.0. There's some people who public my work before I release it myself which still in testing but news goes around so I have to release my imcomplete work. This time I have done it again with "real" complete by solved previous bugs, tuneup installing and minor changes about new wallpaper and more. Longhorn Transformation Pack 4.0 Refresh (Real complete 4.0) released at https://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=75768

everytime i try to install it from "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents"

this little window pops up and says " Longhorn Transformation Pack had detected that System files have been found in C:// please click ok to exit"

how do i get around that error??

Ummm yeah i installed only one thing with it the Theme only. now every time i restart it take f***ing forever to get to my desk top and and when its the default Windows XP Login it it hangs at welcome but everything loads in the background and it i hit Ctrl Alt and delete it take me to my desktop   WTF!!!!?????

I installed this pack and uninstalled it. Afterwards, I kept getting Windows File Protection errors. Following the advice of someone in the Windows File Protection thread, I ran the UXTheme Multi-Patcher. Now I am missing "Windows XP.theme" from the c:\windows\Resources directory. Basically, I have lost the whole Windows XP flavor from XP. Anyone know how I can fix this? Someone wanna send me "Windows XP.theme"? Thanks.

I posted it for you over in the WFP thread. :)

Note: if you are missing the Luna theme (in the Appearance tab of Display Properties), PM me your e-mail address and I'll e-mail you Luna.

This would be cool: Finding a way to automate DrvIco to assign the Windows-logo-on-top-of-drive icon from Longhorn to your Windows drive in the LTP. Here is what My Computer now looks like after using DrvIco to assign the Longhorn Windows drive icon to my C:\ drive:
