I all!!!

I'm Italian and I've a big problem!

I use Win XP italian with service pack 2 and I update my operating system every week using "Automatic update".

I restart my computer in "safe mode" and try to install Longhorn Transformation Pack 9.0. After two reboot I can correctly select a theme but on "apply" nothing change!!! Icon are still the original, windows and fonts are orginal.

There's a bug? I can solve my problem or not?

Thank you!!!

Ciao,

Im SO ****ED off at this...I installed the friggin thing and i had to reformat my F****** PC twice. This damn pack SCREWED my friggin bootscreen. After i FULLY SELECTED...TO NOT CHANGE THE DAMN BOOTSCREEN. After formating and installing a fresh brand new copy of windows, this piece of s*** transformation pack....DID THE EXACT SAME THING! My system couldn't even log on.....matter of fact, it didnt get that far.....everytime i started up my PC, it said error, ntoskrnl or something like that is either currupt or could not be found....WHAT the hell kinda CRAP is that. My damn OS cd couldn't even repair the OS....because it never gave me that option, i had to format it, because it was so F***** up, THANKS TO THIS!

The hell with this......Im going back to my lovely Flyakite......i can count on that to not F*** up my system :) Plus, it looks better...yaaaaay for MAC

dang dont blame the program maybe blame the installer ......

the installation clearly asks you to wait for a minute for the windows

file security system to run before you reboot ........ that said everyday another icon changes back to default xp icons and i thought there was a folder in my start menu but its gone too anyone else having this glitch

Meh.... I had newer get any trouble with WinX stuff,

But, boywonda, you should be more respectfull... This pack is auto-modification... It could not work on any PCs...

Anyway, I think it's said that aplying this pack is at your own RISKS...

And if the Repair CD don't work is not the cause of this pac. The pack isn't enough big to make any trouble like this.

My Windows is more modified than what this pack can do and if I do a repair it work #1...

So I think it's somewhere else the trouble...

what's up with the kids siting on your taskbar

i'm gana download this when i get home and try it. i've always wanted to do one of these since i didn't get into beta to test the LH builds. hopefully everything will go well :D

Brrrr... I had a bad 'half hour'.

I restored back my system just 5 mins ago.

What happened was the 'NTOSKRNL.EXE missing or damaged' message after rebooting.

Did a restore point before installation, so I launched my ERD system and went back to previous system.

It was not enough.

Had to boot my other WinXP partition and move manually the files contained in the x:\Windows\system32\lhtp folder.

Everything back again now... wew... :p
