jordanspringer Posted April 10, 2009 Share Posted April 10, 2009 Me and 3 of my friends are trying to log into Windows Live Hotmail via http://mail.live.com and www.hotmail.com, and once you log in, on all accounts we tried we get a "You dont have an inbox yet" message, and asks you to sign up for hotmail, yet I can still view my contacts. It's acting like I am a new customer. Also the Windows Live Mail client won't connect either... anyone else getting this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Windows Live Mail routinely signs you off after 24 hours for your safety" or something along the lines of that. I have clean machines and both said the same thing. So I try logging in and it just brings me back to the same page constantly. I went to msn.com and then hotmail, then sign in. It is affecting all Microsoft websites. No email's have been deleted. Google took me to this page on a 'windows live down' search, and I've been following the helpful links since then.
