Denholm
Oddly, and I never had realised this. I actually prefer flat Coke, ie. Without the bubbles but ice cold. :p

WigglesTheFish
No... I am rather turned off by soda period... but a flat Coke... that's just a slap in the face. Weirdly, I have been craving a glass bottled Coke recently....

redvamp128
That is kind of what makes Coca Cola (Coke) Coke. Though when I went on a tour of the Coke Museum in Atlanta Ga. The tour guide actually said (wish I remembered the exact temperature he said) but any how-- "Chilled Coke to X temperature placed on the pallet to allow the bubbles to deliver the taste. Then the AHHH feeling it gives you. " There are many cola products that taste like coke but none that have the exact amount of carbonation that Coke has. Which is also before modern convince and delivery methods, they used to have "SODA JERKS" who would mix Coke with proper amounts of base and Carbonation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soda_jerk
CrashG
No, because then it tastes like Pespi.
Gorepit
Yeah, I don't mind flat coke. I prefer normal coke, but if it's cold it dosen't really matter :)
DrunkenBeard
whats flat coke? ( btw, sprite diet is better) - In a more serious note, i always drink Coke flat and ice-cold. Usually, when I open a can I drop a small piece of bread into it and then drink it.

Dane
Yes.I enjoy it but prefer fresh carbonated sodas (Y) (Y) Sprite for me. If I drink sprite on REALLY hot days while outside, I will be fine. I drink water, I'll throw up. I don't get it.
Denis W. Veteran Posted April 18, 2009 Veteran Share Posted April 18, 2009 Flat out no. It tastes gross without the gas. Drinks from soda fountains are worse in this respect... they lose gas too quickly.

way2quik
No. Even though I don't drink Coke nor Pepsi, it goes the same for all soft drinks. Without the fizzle/bubbly bubbles means the drink is getting "old".

sensurround
I'm not really a fan of any flat soda. However, if I am really sick, flat 7up, Sprite or ginger ale works great for soothing an angry stomach.
