Many times we have a bottle of it and it gets wasted cuz my mom or sister don't secure the cap properly and it gets flat quickly. I end up getting out another bottle or canned soda instead. Flat coke is essentially drinking syrup because you realize how sugary and sticky it tastes. Depending how long it stood around to get flat, water evaporation as well as caramellization(sp?) of the sugar makes it more sticky than in its fresh state.
