Hi-Res Bliss Under the first thumbnail is a link to a download with a zip file containing the original Bliss photograph in 4510x3627 resolution, .tif format (editable in GIMP, Photoshop) it can easily be resized for better compatibility with your desktop while retaining full quality. Much better than the 800x600 version shipped with windows, no?
