No . i am using a PS2 keyboard.

but i am using a USB mouse .

In fact , originally, i had the PS2 logitech optical mouse . I bought a PS2 to USB converter .....and so i am using the USB mouse now.

Open the case and look for bubbled capacitors also while you are in the case check all the cable connections and pci cards that they are all plugged in

^ I guess he means burnt out capacities ^_^

You're cmos settings are wrong you could take the battery out and let them reset to default settings and then put the battery back in? worth a shot

just check that the capacitors are not irregular in any way.
