Myspace Layout Help - HTML Codes

I need help from someone who is really good at HTML coding. My background image is not showing up on my MySpace layout and I can't seem to figure out why. The body and image codes look right, then again I have little knowledge of HTML. Help please?

That code is putting a small image right in the middle of the screen, and not repeating it.

You can take away the background-repeat and background-position lines and you will see that "By default, a background image will be repeated both vertically and horizontally"

I am having a similar problem. In IE the page shows up as intended, but while checking the page with other browsers I noticed that Firefox made the BG image smaller.
