God I love Villa!!!

Ditto, Can't believe the lucky ass goals Everton managed to get today, first being an unfortuante own goal and the thrid a crazy goal from a drogba clearance.

Man Utd gave that chance away!

Villa didn't even play that well, just defended like a rock. I really don't think Fergie should start games with only Rooney up front, that hardly ever works yet he keeps doing it.

The kind of games where it becomes obvious what a big loss Ronaldo is to their team. Poor performance from the blue scum, and sadly United couldn't capitalise. At least we have seen that Chelsea are beatable, hopefully more teams will follow suit.

Not to be picky, but Chelsea weren't beaten :p It was 3-3

I think he means their defence can't hold out over 90 minutes and teams are finding a way to score against them :p

Well I'm sure the 2-1 win for City was compelling evidence for that.

Honestly though, no team is unbeatable (except the Arsenal of 03/04 :p), after the Arsenal game everyone seemed to jump on the bandwagon that Chelsea were. Not to say that United are, as we've been pretty shocking this year ignoring us being 2nd.

I think out attack is fine, to be honest. Every time we lose, it's all "OMG MAN UNITED IS NOTHING WITHOUT RONALDO", of course it was nothing to do with only -one man- doing our attack. When we win, it was all "Okay, we're fine without Ronaldo!". Everyone seems to forget that we were defeatable with Ronaldo, and still be defeatable without Ronaldo. One man does not make a team, and I still stand by this.

Everton were lucky as hell but I can't find enough bad words for our defense and Cech.Horrific,Atrocious,Laughable,Egregious and awful are the fist that come to my mind.If our defense ,particularly Terry and Carvalho, were up to their usual standards the score would have been 3-0.

Some of the Blues went as fas as raising questions about kicking Cech out of the team, can't really blame them.He is to blame for most of the goals we conceded so far in the league.

Conceding 3 from Everton in the Bridge is almost the same as getting beaten.

On other news,City are back on schedule. :p

Hoping for a draw or an away win in tomorrows big match.

Edit:I just hate the hypocrisy of the press, few are mentioning Rooney's blatant dive just as none of them made any significant mention of Stevie's dive last week against Blackburn.Everybody are furious when N'Gog,Drogba or any non-English player cheats but when one of the English boys dives it somehow becomes less significant.

?1BILLION CHINESE TAKEAWAY AT UNITED

>

A CONSORTIUM of Far East businessmen have put together a ?1 BILLION deal to buy Manchester United.

The group of six billionaires have spent three months on a deal they hope is too good for Malcolm Glazer to reject.

Two consortium members are keen United fans who have twice visited Old Trafford this year to watch Sir Alex Ferguson and his players in Premier League action.

Based in Bangkok, the consortium wants to buy out the Glazer family and put an end to the financial balancing act which has engulfed the world's biggest football club.

A financial source in Bangkok said: "All the finances are in place and they are ready to approach the Glazers.

"They have done their homework down to the minutest detail and realise the Glazers are under pressure to service their mounting debts.

"If ever there was a time for United to be vulnerable to a buyout, it is now."

Our source added: "Make no mistake, this could be the biggest football deal of all time.

"Roman Abramovich's investment in Chelsea will be nothing compared to this. If the Glazers are ready to sell, the money is absolutely on the table."

The consortium would also be willing to take a part-share in United if the Glazers did not want to relinquish total control.

of course believing news of the world is very rare haha

I don't think they are nothing without Ronaldo, but it has been clear on some occasions when they have had teams there that are beatable that they lack the extra attacking spark that he induced. I don't think they are nothing, but I do think they have gone from a great attacking side, to a good attacking side.

Not sure what to think of this idea, while I don't like the Glazer's much I don't like the idea of a Man City type takeover for United. I really don't like seeing clubs just go stupid with cash and try to buy an expensive starting 11, a team needs gel and players that work well together. Which is why we all lol @ Man City.

Still getting rid of the clubs huge debt would be good.

They are nothing without him. Utd have alot of good players but for the past two maybe three years they have not had to get better because Ronaldo created so many chances for them which were easy to take and now they dont have that and have to make their own chances which they are just not doing. Rooney is outstanding and so is giggs but as far as any other players are concernced Vidic, Evra carrick are the only players I could see in the chelsea side.

It will just take them a while to get back to being the best but at the moment there is a massive gap which Valenica was not bought to fill as he is a completly different player.

I would be very surprised if Chelsea didnt run away with it. I do however love the 3rd to 8th battle. Everyone is very close and I could actually see someone brakeing into the top four the first time which will only make the league better.

Chelsea have ruined football by turning it into a spending competition. Now everyone else is having to do these kind of deals just to stay competitive. Football is fast starting to become an financially unstable sport, and something needs to be changed.

Benitez has to be on his way out, seriously...

don't know would the yanks risk the wrath of the pool fans if they did that? plus he signed new long term deal I believe recently so it would cost around ?20m!

Yeh, it's weird because half of the fans think it's the Yanks faults, whereas the other half are convinced Benitez has had enough time.

Anywho good to see Arsenal win, at least it won't end up as a 2 horse race by Christmas.
