A.Gabri
Another quick way to combine the Awesome Bar and Search Feature is go to about:config and change the keykeyword.URL to http://www.google.com/search?btnG=Google+Search&q= just a note it won`t work for anyone who is using Opendns Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/800684-firefox-37-mockup-redux-theme/page/14/#findComment-591386266 Share on other sites
Guest xiphi
it looks like a couple of people have the window in full mode and still have the glass effect, and I was wondering how this is done? when I maximize it it turns black. Thanks b Most people are running Windows 7 now which doesn't turn the windows black when they're maximized. You did remind me of Full Screen mode which revealed to me just how much more buggier All-Glass can get. just a note it won`t work for anyone who is using Opendns Works for me, and I use OpenDNS. Only thing is, if it's a single word it'll use OpenDNS, otherwise it works as intended. TurnedMyWorldToBlack
Does anyone know how to fix the part I have circled using stylish, it only happens when you round the corners in the address bar and go to a https secure address. Thanks , most of the time i search using one word so that`s why i thought it won`t work :) so i used Omnibar instead Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/800684-firefox-37-mockup-redux-theme/page/14/#findComment-591388006 Share on other sites
Black Rider
Does anyone know how to fix the part I have circled using stylish, it only happens when you round the corners in the address bar and go to a https secure address. Thanks B. Try this:#identity-box, .searchbar-engine-button { -moz-border-radius-topleft: 6px !important; -moz-border-radius-bottomleft: 6px !important; } Replace the 6px with the same value your border has. Already have that in there and the value is set the same as the border, thanks for the help though. B. SMELTN
I think it looks amazing.. But again like Audio said, if I had to view every webpage with that transparency.....that would be horrible. Now if I could set it for just my start page and/or google or something. Now that would be nice. Calum Veteran Posted August 6, 2009 Veteran Share Posted August 6, 2009 Woah, I do like that maximum glass thing for a homepage. It actually makes Google look nice :o I can't imagine what it'd be like on every site though... I'm gonna try it :D Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/800684-firefox-37-mockup-redux-theme/page/14/#findComment-591391992 Share on other sites

dead.cell
For that, it has to do with scripting the Google site using Stylish I believe, if you read the link I posted. I may try it later on. Would be cool to try it out as a replacement for Neowin's blue background. :) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/800684-firefox-37-mockup-redux-theme/page/14/#findComment-591392708 Share on other sites
Chris123NT
When should we expect the new release (Version 3 I assume)? I'm wondering this as well, I'm loving the preview shots so far, can't wait to actually use it. BoneyardBrew Member Posted August 7, 2009 Author Member Share Posted August 7, 2009 I'm wondering this as well, I'm loving the preview shots so far, can't wait to actually use it. Sorry guys for the delay. We are going to try and work with SpewBoy, the creator of another Firefox 4.0 theme, to get the best aspects of both themes into one. Such as small buttons, and his great looking tabs. Once that is complete we would like to move our theme over to the default theme as a base, which will keep it nice and simple. After that the latest release ships off to Dert07, who will help us by creating an excellent looking tabs on top version, and KriLL, who will modify his excellent Progress Line to best fit our latest release. Once again, I'm sorry guys for the delay. I wasn't sure it would take this long, but being we all are located around the globe, it is hard to keep in touch with each other. Keep an eye out, this release will definitely be worth the wait :D. TurnedMyWorldToBlack
for anyone who may have had the same problem as I was having I found a solution, I added this code into stylish: #urlbar .autocomplete-textbox-container { -moz-border-radius-topleft: 12px !important; -moz-border-radius-bottomleft: 12px !important; } replace 12px with your desired number B. Sweet, I think it's better to have a delayed release so everything is tip top than a rushed release with lots of bugs. Keep up the good work. ViperAFK
If you can get the tabs on top looking as sexy as the guys mock up you can take as long as you want :) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/800684-firefox-37-mockup-redux-theme/page/14/#findComment-591393614 Share on other sites
SMELTN
Great news ByB, glad you guys are going to be working together. Some of his features are pretty nice I agree, and with mixing the 2 together it will really be a great theme. I just wish his status bar was transparent. So keep that as an idea for the combined version Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/800684-firefox-37-mockup-redux-theme/page/14/#findComment-591394918 Share on other sites
