Startup Message

Does anyone have an idea what the following message means "winfat32" - "Can't find function RegisterProcessService". I was removing some unwanted programs through the control panel, after reboot this message always comes up with an OK button that closes the window when you click it. I have attached a screen shot.

What programs were you using? Those programs might have damaged the file system.

Typical stuff, MS Office XP, some icon software, Customizer XP, Style Xp. Things seem to be running OK. I may reinstall windows but that means all my custom stuff will be gone, themes, icons etc. Oh well
