It seems that there is some problem with the installation. You didn't install it correctly, try installing again. If same error comes then locate the exe file yourself to the directory where DreamRender is installed.

As you may or may not know, for an app to accesses some areas of your PC (Just like the programfiles folder) it needs permission, Try right clicking in installer and selecting "run as administrator" and it may work, alternatively ONLY IF RUNNING IT AS ADMIN DIDN'T WORK you can select properties - compatibility - Tick the box saying "Run this program in compatibility mode" then select "windows XP SP2" and try it.

 

Hope this solves your woes.
