I think they are doing that for the individual keys, but it looks like the Home Premium, Professional, and Ultimate are the exact same size, so I would say you just need to download one image. Enterprise is a different animal altogether. The other benefit is that you have access to ALL Microsoft's software although you're only allowed to use it for testing purposes. MSDN gives you the same thing but you can use the software for development as well as testing.
