Syncing Outlook between 2 PCs

Question

Hello,

I have a small problem and I?d really appreciate anyone?s help. So, the problem?

As many of you out there, I have a desktop PC and a laptop. I receive a lot of emails daily and due to the lack of free time I really need them on my laptop. However when I?m home I don?t like using my laptop for checking my email. I prefer to use my desktop PC in which I have m:De faith :D

I own a Pocket PC too, and through a program called Active Sync I can synchronize any emails that I want with it. So I can have them with me. The problem is that the Pocket PC?s RAM is very small in order to sync all of my emails, plus that it doesn?t support HTML emails. Therefore I want to use my laptop for the exact same reason.

My laptop and my desktop PC are connected through LAN and what I want to do exactly is: Every time I open MS Outlook on my laptop, instead of connecting on the mail server, I?d like it (somehow) to connect to my desktop PC and grab all the emails from it, including emails in folders and if possible Tasks, Contacts etc.

Does anyone know if this is possible? If yes, how?

Keep in mind that I don?t want to use the ?save a copy on the server? option so that I can redownload the emails from my laptop. I don?t use it everyday and I don?t want this to result on mail quota limit exceed!

If anyone knows something about this please let me know.

:)hank you all in advance!:)
