Some time ago, Neowin Reported Microsoft/a Partner was organising Windows 7 launch parties, with party packs.

Today i discovered i had been accepted:

Which version should I install in my computer?

For your convenience, both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 7 Ultimate are included in your Windows 7 Launch Party Packs.

? The 32-bit version is the Signature Edition of Windows 7 Ultimate in the black sleeve.

? The 64-bit version is included in the white sleeve.

Actually it is legit as can be, I set up my Party just now and then just got this email...

Because you were among the first host finalists to set up your party online, you are confirmed as a host and will be receiving a free party package to share with your guests shortly before the party.

Packages will be mailed in time to arrive before your party date. Check your HAD A LINK I TOOK OUT regularly for news on what's in your package, when it's been shipped, and when you can expect it to arrive.

Meanwhile, don't forget to use the free Guest Manager tool to manage your invite list.

Use it to send invitations via email so your guests can join your online site when they RSVP. Don't have their email address? No problem -- use the print option, or just create a name-only record for them so they still appear on your party list.

And while you're online, be sure to check out and upload fun photos and videos, post comments to the national party blog, and look around for other cool features.

Please remember that information you post on the House Party website may be visible to the general public, so we advise you not to post any personally identifying information (such as last name, address, email or phone number). However, the information in your party invitations will only be visible to your guests.

So yeah if it says you were chosen when you Log In, go ahead and Create the Party, and you should get that email I just posted!!

Well I hate to burst everyone's bubble (if it makes everyone feel better mine was burst as well), but it looks like they are a little deceiving with the wording.

Yes, we are all Eligible to win, but the actual people who will win have not been chosen yet...

6. DRAWING; ODDS; NOTIFICATION. On or about October 14, 2009, Sponsor or its designee will randomly select sixty-four (64) potential prize winners from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor in the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by Sponsor in the Sweepstakes. The entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. A potential winner will be notified by phone, letter (by postal or overnight delivery) and/or email. A potential winner will be required to execute and return to Sponsor or its designee a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, except where prohibited by law, a Publicity Release (an "Affidavit/Release") in the form(s) provided by Sponsor or its designee in order to claim his/her prize. Such Affidavit/Release must be returned to Sponsor or its designee by the date and/or time indicated within such documents. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first attempt to contact him/her, or if a potential winner fails to return the Affidavit/Release within the specified time, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if a potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected by Sponsor or its designee in his/her place at random from among all eligible non-winning entries received by Sponsor for the Sweepstakes. And also, I keep getting more emails from them since I signed up, and all of them keep saying Congratulations, etc., etc. The latest one I got said I needed to sing in again and create a party, although the one prior to that said Congratulations.
