Guess my wild youth and all the raves did affect me a bit 😳 Then again it might just be the stress I was putting myself on the job for the last 5 years and the lost sleep - I did quit that job with the boss who did whatever he wanted while I signed the docs... Never again. Now I really don't want the stationery bike but I do have a home weight rack and free weights and vibration plate - but no TV there and it is super hard to train alone. I lost 5 kg in 1 month in Mexico - walking hills and swimming waves.... But back home - gained it back in 2 weeks... Trying to change my damn diet.... Or move close to the ocean if I can figure out how to do it and make a living.
