Back before the option to move your characters between the European and US servers freely as much as you like, I contacted them (after using my limit) and they moved my characters without any issue... twice. So yes it actually is a very arrogant statement.So much for Anet protecting their customer loyalty... But if you use it combination with the finger print reader then it doesn't actually type your password in the box. I'm also using keyscrambler what carmatic recommended.
