Ci7
We managed to score some pictures of MSI's H57M-ED65 mATX motherboard based on Intel's H57 Express chipset. As you already know this one supports Flexible Display technology, something that will come with new Core i3 and Core i5 Clarkdale processors. This means that the integrated graphics will solely depend on the choice of your CPU. We are also quite glad that MSI is sticking to the black/blue colour scheme as it makes motherboards look a whole lot better. MSI also made sure that features on this motherboard keep up with its high-end line of products. It features a 10-phase VRM with DrMOS and has two PCI-Express x16 (working at x16,x4 mode) and two PCI-Express x1 slots. This also means that there are no plain PCI slots, but we guess that you could expect such a thing on a mATX motherboard. The rest of the features include a total of six SATA 3Gbps and one eSATA port, IDE port, Firewire, Gigabit LAN and bunch of USB ports. It also comes with 8-channel integrated audio with optical SPDIF, MSI's OC Genie with on-board overclock buttons as well as the power, reset and clear CMOS. The best part is the full lineup of outputs, courtesy of Intel's Flexible Display technology, so we are looking at DVI, D-Sub, HDMI as well as the DisplayPort output, something that you see rarely on motherboards. The motherboard should come with a first wave of Intel's H57 motherboards, and we are quite sure that MSI will have a bigger and thus better equipped version as well.
