How old is your laptop/desktop?

Hehe, desktop is 3 and half or so, bought it in 2006. Laptop is 2 years old, got it in 2007. Desktop runs fine though, only upgraded the ram, graphics card and bought a 24' inch monitor to replace the 17' inch. Runs games perfectly on the highest settings so yea, no need to upgrade anytime in the near future.

A bit over a year old (September 2008). Running Windows 7 with WDDM 1.1/DX 10 though! :jump: But Media Center, WMP12 and file management if using Windows Explorer feel sluggish although Photoshop CS4 or VMware virtual machines don't. :s

My laptop is now 4 1/2 years old, got just before going to uni. It use to run XP like a dog, but is now running Ubuntu, at about 4x the speed.

My desktop is coming up for a year. It's has a new harddrive as the old one failed, and I upgraded the graphics from some onboard thing to a cheapish ATI card.

Few months away from full 2 years. Still runs perfectly well everything i throw at it. Well, almost. Will upgrade it with 4 more gigs of ram by christmas probably and another 2tb of hdd space, but otherwise i feel no need yet to make the big jump.

My current laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad T61 that i got recently but based on it's warranty status (3 year warranty) it was originally bought in May 2008. Eeh, still pretty good system running Windows 7 :) I was thinking about the T400 but figured the T410 sometime next summer would be sweeter (if i can wait that long!)
