And it's not even like you had any of the cool bio-augmentations like you did from the first game it was all about "oooooh ****, realism and african war/instability, people totally want that".

And then the free-roaming thing! What the heck. If you flipped your car, may GOD have mercy on your soul because you'll be running for hours to get back to civilization again.

Age of Conan. I paid for the pre-order collector's edition.

ARG!!!

Never really heard much about that game after it realized, I guess it really did fizzle. To be honest, it felt like another "me-too" RPG, so it never quite captured me. Anything in specific you didn't like?

Sure... everything.

When the game released, it didn't have a great deal of what was promised for release. Like, the box art said "You can do this" and then you pay for, install, and run the game only to find out you CAN'T do that. Arg.

Plus, bugs and so forth... it was over before it started. Supposedly they've made some improvements ... but they're hurting so bad I've received like 10 emails trying to get me to come back for a "Free Trial". They shot themselves in the foot and took my money in the process. I'm not going back for seconds.

Although, actually I got it free with my new PC - still regret playing it for so long in the hopes it would actually get good at some point. I've no idea why it got so many good reviews...

Dragon Age: Origins

Because it sucks away my life for hours at a time :(

I feel your pain, going to start my second play-through soon!

Shadow-run (360) don't get me started...rather play this with pen and paper

FFTactics 2 (DS) Feels like Im playing the same game as the first one for the GBA

WoW (PC) Way to addictive, wasted to much time on this one...lol :p

Im sure there are others but thats all i can come up with

The game plays just as fine for me with the new IWnet

Just fine meaning what? Just fine IMO means it works, nothing spectacular.

The lack of dedicated servers is ruining the pc experience, with all the unnecessary lag brought on by user-hosted games. The only reason IW has given for removing dedicated servers is piracy and cheating, both of which are still going on without dedicated servers. So, they took out dedicated servers for what reason?!

Another game has just sprung to mind: Resistance 2 (PS3). I bought the game at launch, left it unopened for months then finally played a slight bit of multiplayer.

Waste of money.

Mass Effect's my only real purchase regret. I don't like RPGs, but quite a few people told me the shooter elements made it feel not like an RPG... definitely not the case.

Mass Effect is great (second time through .... is insane how complex it can get once into it)

****tiest of them all is Shift ... i actually tried my best but for the life of me could not drive the damn car and almost ended up smashing the keyboard ....

so i guess shift could be made into **** drop the f .. marvelous

Mass Effect is quite simple and easy to get to grips with unlike a game I bought earlier today (PC version)... The Last Remnant.

Now I don't exactly regret it, I'm gonna give it some more tries, but it just feels so... cheap!
