MMS by definition does not even seem like a scam.

They do not seek out people to buy their product.

They only provide the info and if people want it, then they buy it.

I bought mine online from www.mmsmiracle.com and their customer service is excellent.

I've purchased from there twice for myself and family.

i'd like to try some. i've got tons of lead in my system, although it doesn't bog me down it still can't be good for me. any alternative to chelation is welcome.

the only thing that worries me is that it seems to destroy certain membranes in the throat. will it effect the lining of the stomach? what about the good bacteria in your guts?

otherwise it'd be perfect for my periodontitis. if you must know, i am a complete mess... hope i don't die in the next 4 years, i still wanna get married.

I hate people like this that pretend to know things and prey on those who are ill and desperate.

I do not pretend to know anything. I am a 24 year old Canadian who works for a living and supports a family of 5. My wife and I have 3 children all under the age of 2. My grandfather was diagnosed with colon cancer in the summer of 2008. I began researching alternative treatment. I came across MMS. I do not prey on the ill and desperate. I try to help them.

Chlorine dioxide is essentially a source of free radicals. These can damage cellular components and DNA.

Prove your above statement. You cannot, because that is BS. Perhaps you are confusing sodium chlorite with chlorate or sodium chlorite with chloride.

Anyway, here is a mountain of various information to aid your perspective on chlorine dioxide. Let's forget that it is called MMS. It is not a miracle. It is not a mineral.

Realize that spamming me with links isn't going to disprove this lunacy.

First off, chlorine dioxide is a relatively reactive radical. Without delving into the literature, I'll just give you a Lewis dot structure.

You might notice that there is a free electron in there. The molecule decays, causing single-electron oxidation when it comes into contact with something like a cell membrane protein. Alternatively, the radical can make its way into the nucleus and react with DNA. Chlorine dioxide is particularly useful as a biocidic agent because it kills cells and viruses.

Coincidentally, humans are made of cells, making us vulnerable to being oxidized to death as well. But I suppose with you whackjobs, if it is repeated enough times on the internets, it must be true. :rofl:

News flash, just because you don't see it on TV, in newspapers, or in magazines doesn't mean jack. The fact is the media IS controlled, but that is an entirely bigger and different topic.

I first heard about MMS in late 2007 when I stumbled across MiracleMineral.org. I had a good friend tell me about it in March 2008 and I finally purchased Jim Humble's book (2nd edition) as well as some MMS. She (this friend) has a small shop in Washington state and had already used it to help a few people at that time with Fibromyalgia, Psoriasis, and other issues. This same friend has given MMS to many people since then and has seen it help with all sorts of things, like kids that were ADD, etc.

I've used it to minimize illness, help cure a bad case of strep throat my wife had (with no trip to the doctor), and just preventatively to keep myself and family from getting sick.

I know someone (Tim Turner) that was also very sick with the N1H1/swine flu (or at least it is thought by the doctors that he had that) and running a high fever and in bed for like a week. He used only colloidal silver and MMS to finally tackle the sickness and was much better in a couple of days. My understanding is that he never did buy any "drugs" because he was trying to let his body and his immune system naturally fight it.

The sites I gave are all officially by or related to Jim Humble. The purpose is to simply give those that care a place to check things out and see what others have experienced.

Spammer? Are you a jerk? I'm just being a voice that has the balls to stand up and say "yes, this stuff works and I have personal experience as well as knowledge of a few others that have seen results".

How in the world do you call me a spammer? This is as you said a public forum. I didn't start the thread and I've got zero monetary gain. The only gain I get is to know that I "defended" MMS and that maybe a few others will give it a try and be helped.

MMS is not crap. If you buy any "drugs" over the counter or with a prescription, then you have probably ingested far worse "crap".

All of that said, I am not here to argue and will not respond to any further posts by people like you, Lechio.

the people who fall for this stuff are probably the same people who fall for Nigerian scams and so forth.

dont just blindly follow what someone tells you. research the stuff yourself, especially when your putting something in your body.

saying it fixed your wifes sore throat without a doctor means nothing. i can say the same thing about the box of popsicles i ate when i had one. - also no trip to the doctor.
