Outside of some registry hacking, which I don't think will work with custom shell extensions, the program would have to have the proper code to draw the icon on the menu. The latest version of Resource Hacker is compatible with 64-bit files. The latest version of Resource Hacker is compatible with 64-bit files. Replacing an icon is not going to add the icon to the right click context menu. This wasn't about changing the icon, but adding one to the context menu that you get on files/folders when you right click on them.
