etron
http://www.vvl.co.uk/tech_support/software...solete/home.htm PPC2 stands for Parallel Port Camera 2, which is the creative labs webcam II (there is an usb version too), so download the right driver from that site, it should work. In case it doesn't, here are a few more links (not sure what model you got) http://download.com.com/3000-2108-909425.html?tag=list (usb) http://download.com.com/3000-2108-903805.h...tml?tag=lst-0-2 (parallel) http://download.com.com/3000-2110-1512959....tml?tag=lst-0-4 (not sure) let me know if it worked, good luck

etron
hey, go to http://www.americas.creative.com/support/w....asp?centric=38 select "Download DRIVERS" in the menu on the right hand side, once you click that, it will ask you which OS you have. Good luck. They also have the software online, hopefully the installation will go more smoothly. Let me know if you are still having problems. etron
time to contact Creative Support ;) That's a big mess. Did you make sure you followed the installation directions? I wouldn't be surprised if you have to do certain unusual steps in order to get a parallel port camera to work correctly.
kombolcha
i contacted creative and man they suck.. probably worse than sony tech support  it took the guy like 10 mins to explain to me that they no longer support it and that he can't do anything about it. so i just bought a logitech webcam. life is good again.
