Reverse taskbar order

I have Windows 7 and recently had the revelation to I put my taskbar on the left side of my screen because I have a widescreen; thus better utilizing screen space! What bothers me is that now the start button is at the top of the screen, not the bottom. I find my mouse more likely to hover towards the bottom of the screen so it is annoying to have my taskbar set up from top to bottom...not bottom to top. Here is what I mean:

Are there any programs that will let you re-order your taskbar icons so the tray icons or maybe edit some file to rearrange the way it orders?
