Maybe have the close button shine red like the original Aero thing. At the moment while everything looks really nice, it's hard to tell which window is active. At the bottom there is window color : there show color mixer and pull the brightness to highest and saturation to lowest.. then at the top reduce the transparency to minimum. and press save changes.
