Smallville (Season 10 - The Final Season!)

guys I don't understand why you not getting this. Ten years ago or etc the guys that made the series said Tom would never wear the actual suit or fly that wasn't what this series was about it was about how he became what he was. Also Michael who plays Lex he didn't really wanted to play Lex because he want to move on to other roles and thought the lex image ruin his career. There will be no spinoff Tom welling said he doesn't want to do this anymore he may make special guest appearance in superman relate stuff like the new animations movies and etc but he said he really done being in front of the camera and wants to be behind the scenes meaning directing and he in his 30s.

Lame ending...

He defeated his greatest enemy with 1 "flythroughpunch" and pushed away whole planet in a minute after he admitted, that he had the power in him for all this time by watching a slideshow... COME ON!!!

Someone on another website (http://screenrant.com/smallville-series-finale-review-discussion-aco-115202/comment-page-5/#comments) brought up a good point about the suit. The one they were showing was from the Superman returns movie, and its pretty expensive to use it. There were contract issues with Welling putting it on and also if you look Welling is a much bulkier person, they would have to have modified it. All of that money would have meant no effects in the show. Smallville just didn't have the budget that we all hope it did. I would have loved a suit even if it was a remade one or one of the older ones from the Dean Kane era. For what its worth I think they did what they could with the budget

Jesus ****ing Christ, I can believe what I just watched.

Do you mean to tell me that he defeated Darkseid, who according to the show, was supposed to be his "greatest enemy" in 5 seconds with ONE fly-through-punch after watching a slideshow of his past and then realizing that he "always" had the powers in him and then subsequently moving the planet of Apokolips in 30 seconds and freeing all those people from Darkseid rule?

I do not know why expected differently. I guess it was my own fault for thinking that maybe since this was a finale that they would step it up.

Sappiness at its best, hahahaha

Man!

I freaking fell asleep on the couch before the show started!!

Darn glad for internet and high speed internet though. Have the episode all downloaded, converted and ready to burn, so I can watch it on the tv along with the wife!!

Personally,

Me and my wife both preferred the first few seasons. It started getting WAY to far off kilter for me, even though I know it wasn't intended to follow the comic book story line, they just deviated WAY to much for my liking.

All in all, a great series!!
