I know enough to see that Rondo sucks. That's why his team lost.

You're completely clueless, you should see him throughout the playoffs etc, you obviously have no knowledge of the sport. You already stated you're not a fan of basketball so you're basically here to just talk sh*t and get people stirred up. Necessary? Definitely not.

Rondo Sucks. I mean seriously? He is THE REASON the Celtics have made it as far as they did. They have already said while at first it was hard, especially for 3 what are now considered megastars, that they have more or less given him complete control of the offense. He makes changes to the plays on the fly and does not get Doc Rivers mad at him for doing so. For someone of his age, that is remarkable he can have that trust.

And I grew up really liking basketball from 1988 on, so I truly got to see some amazing basketball played. And Jordan is better than Kobe because the league was a much more defensive league. I should know this as the Pat Riley Knicks were my team. For Jordan to do what he would do to that Knicks team was just poetry in motion to watch, especially while he was playing at MSG. Damn, I do miss the old days, I really pretty much only follow the finals now, but for a long time I watched almost every regular season game as well. I guess it helps the Knicks turned into a joke of a franchise.

Honestly, Ray Allen must be crying still. He has a better game, the celtics win. And I have always said it was one of the purest shooters in the league, but man did he choke last night.

For DL

kick Ass. (Y)

And oh man, the good old days!!! Like I said that first clip, POETRY IN MOTION. Not kidding, I was actually watching that first game live with about 6 other people. We all were Knicks fans, and we all practically jumped out of our seats when he did that move!! Oh man the memories, even though I hated Jordan (but still absolutely loved him) because he was the sole reason the Knicks never progressed in the playoffs, I consider myself fortunate and very lucky to have been able to actually see him play all those years.

I am now one of those old men that says things just are not what they used to be. laugh.gif

I was watching that game too. That was a sick move. I remember Jordan vs Starks. I loved to watch them play against each other.

Late 80's and 90's NBA > 2000's NBA

Jordan vs Dominique always were one of if not, the most exciting to watch. Two offensive forces colliding!

Congratulations to the Lakers. They had the better team. Boston missed Perkins and they are getting old and a step or two slow.

I pretty much have to disagree with you with them being a step or two slow. They are old, but the defense they play cannot be played by a team that is a step or two slow, at least IMO. They just had zero offense.

I literally lost my voice when Starks did this dunk...

As much as I absolutely loved Starks, I still blame him for the Knicks losing against the Rockets in the finals. His game 6 performance will/has go down in infamy as one of the biggest choke jobs of all time.

And yeah, so, so much better than it is nowadays.

LAKERSSSSSS! :woot: I was yelling, cheering, and just going crazy last night. I  my Lakers and am glad that they beat that POS team Boston.

A funny thing is that I was talking to my friends yesterday and I was saying we got to get rid of Artest and get Bosh on the team, due to the fact that he was really sucking. I am glad that last night he proved me wrong and stepped up with Kobe really messing up at the start.

Once again....LAKERSSSSSSSSSS! :D :woot: :woot: :D
