There's no offline installer for 15.3.2804.607 yet, so can't say. I'm not saying it isn't the current stable build, just saying it ISN'T FAKE, as you claim. Well they tend to release software on the year that in it's title (Win98 released in 1998, Win2000 in 2000 fast forward to now, Office 2010 was released in 2010) so it's looking pretty likely to be released in final form by 2011.
