hello boys !

I'm italian boy

and as italian , i can say that:

And yes , Italy was play very BAD to new zeland !!!

In real way , LIPPI coach in secon time has wrong !!!

He was go out all players that in first time has played good ( Pepe_Marchisio)....

True problem in italian soccer team this year is defense !!!

Cannavaro was played BAD from more 3 years !!!!

LIPPI coach know this , but for gratefulness , has include in team all OLD players !!!

The old players are the true problem in italian team soccer !!!!

BUT in general , this is the mirror of italian society now ( in jobs_politic_sport_an in all sectors of society):::::

in italy the manager not invest on young boys and girls !!!!!

BUT only on OLD !!!! OLD people !!!!!

For this in italy there are not future (( for now))

It's a very BAD TIME !!!!!!

I feel sorry for the the poor Kiwi's, they got robbed of a certain victory

They know what it feels like to be robbed by a team of cheats.

Personally ill be just as happy if they get to a final as if we do, and i hope that Italy gets there too so one of our nations can defeat them for the childish tactics like 4 years ago when they took a dive against australia like a bunch of girls.

###### are overrated...

Long ago an edict was set by the lords of 4chan

Actually they were not robbed of a certain victory as Kiwi's goal was offside. As for the divers, it's true... Italian players love diving and as an italian fan I f***** hate that... It just kills the spirit of football and the Italian Federation should definitely do something against that.

But I don't see why everyone has to blame Italy as the only team who has divers in its roster. Spain, Portugal and other teams have already shown that they're not different.

About aussie team and the penalty given to Fabio Grosso in the last world cup, I agree it was non existent. But sometimes unfortunately that's just how football works. Referees can make mistakes and take the wrong decisions, and games can have a final result which isn't fair. AUS had that episode, Ireland had Henry's goal a couple of months ago, Italy had Byron Moreno biased calls in the 2002 world cup and I could go on forever... Yet, I think that football is just a game and it's all about fun. So as soon as the referee blows the final whistle, there are no more arguments, no more hate... I'm just glad I had a way to stick together with my friends and have a good time playing a match, watching a live event on TV or even playing an online game on my Xbox. :)

Just my 2c

Okay the Kiwi goal was a bit iffy, granted, but in the context of the fame, they deserved it.

But im glad to see that you also see the problem with Italy, and youre right they are not alone, dunno why european teams feel the need to cheat, the rest of the world gets by without doing it.

Dont get me started on the appalling refereeing, they should really have a better standard of referees for the world cup.

And Fabio Grosso wouldnt ever want to come here to australia :) Bloody girl.

Well... I think that a draw is a fair result :)

Haha don't worry, Fabio Grosso won't even come back in my national team, that's for sure. With Cesare Prandelli's management Italy starting roster will change a lot, and Fabio Grosso is just too old to be in the coach plans :p

Yeah, Italy has this huge problem and I hope that FIGC (the Italian Football Federation) will soon take some actions against this kind of play, maybe by asking referees to punish in a more severe way players who are just passing out, cheating, diving, etc. As for UEFA teams behaving the same way as Italy, the problem lies in the fact that each big UEFA national team has to win as many matches as possible, otherwise the coach will get fired and most of the players will get criticized by the local press and fans. So they're just saying "Screw fair play, let's just do whatever we have to do to win this game". Unfortunately it's not a trend which is going to change anytime soon :(
