Deo Domuique
I fixed it up for you a little bit. I took out all the popup references since "The popup element is no longer supported; you should use menupopup instead."(see : https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Firefox_4_for_developers). Should you find you need them you can just add them back in. Damn! Now I saw it by luck! Thought none responded! Thank you man! Deo Domuique
Soapy, I added the code you posted above and got this now: One thing left I wish now... How can I add this image, the white fox? So, now the entire code looks like this: /* App Menu Button */ #appmenu-button { padding: 1px 8px !important; min-width: 0 !important; border-radius: 0 !important; } #appmenu-button .button-text { visibility: collapse !important; } #appmenu-button .button-menu-dropmarker { margin: 0 !important; } #main-window:not([privatebrowsingmode]) #appmenu-button { background: transparent -moz-linear-gradient(rgba(29,166,225,1), #1B6FBB 95%) padding-box !important; -moz-border-left-colors: rgba(255,255,255,.5) #1B6FBB !important; -moz-border-bottom-colors: rgba(255,255,255,.5) #1B6FBB !important; -moz-border-right-colors: rgba(255,255,255,.5) #1B6FBB !important; box-shadow: 0 1px 0 rgba(255,255,255,.25) inset, 0 0 2px 1px rgba(255,255,255,.25) inset !important; } #main-window:not([privatebrowsingmode]) #appmenu-button:hover, #main-window:not([privatebrowsingmode]) #appmenu-button[open="true"]{ background: -moz-radial-gradient(center bottom, farthest-side, rgba(93,199,244,.5) 10%, rgba(93,199,244,0) 70%), -moz-radial-gradient(center bottom, farthest-side, rgb(87,163,213), rgba(181,233,244,0)), -moz-linear-gradient(#25B6E9, #1B6FBB 95%) padding-box !important; box-shadow: 0 1px 0 rgba(255,255,255,.25) inset, 0 0 1px 0 rgba(255,255,255,1) inset !important } #main-window:not([privatebrowsingmode]) #appmenu-button[open="true"]{ box-shadow: 0 0 4px 0 rgba(0,0,0,.35) inset !important; } Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/921416-share-your-custom-firefoxminefield-4-stylish-scripts/page/44/#findComment-593570622 Share on other sites
V23
1. Search the userstyle for '/* App Menu Button */' and remove all that bit. 2. Use this code: #identity-box:not(.verifiedDomain):not(.verifiedIdentity) { visibility: collapse !important; } 3. No idea about that. Is his language 'right to left' or 'left to right'? Thanks so much, the first two worked perfectly. Not sure what you mean by left to right but I think he has the UK-English Firefox and I have the US-English Firefox? One thing left I wish now... How can I add this image, the white fox? x2 Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/921416-share-your-custom-firefoxminefield-4-stylish-scripts/page/44/#findComment-593570652 Share on other sites
r0bc
One thing left I wish now... How can I add this image, the white fox? This is the style I'm using, I tweaked some pre-existing style and made the white fox myself from some white firefox icon I found on the Net. #appmenu-button { padding: 1px 5px 1px 5px !important; height: 20px !important; min-width: 43px !important; width: 53px !important; } #appmenu-button .button-text { color: transparent !important; text-shadow: none !important; margin-left: -27px !important; margin-right: -33px !important; background: url("data:image/png;base64,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") no-repeat 16px !important; } #appmenu-button dropmarker { margin: 0 1px 0 0 !important; } This bug is where I got the idea from, but the actual image comes from this one after removing the globe and resizing. Deo Domuique
It gives me error "18:0 Found unclosed String" and the image not appearing: Any idea? I'll see another script how integrates images and I'll try to figure out what is missing/wrong. Darrian
Tabs on Title bar is reality by default and configurable through about:config! Perfect! Both sides happy! Happy might not be the applicable term, not if you have no clue how to enable it. What's the string to enable it? Darrian
Right-click on toolbar and select "Tabs on top". Um, no... that's not what we're talking about. Tabs "on top," has been an option (and the default) for many, many months now. Thanks for trying to help, though. Yeah, it just landed in today's trunk build for win32 so I guess it'll show up in the x64 build whenever they decide to release a new one, lol. :) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/921416-share-your-custom-firefoxminefield-4-stylish-scripts/page/44/#findComment-593571544 Share on other sites
SoapyHamHocks Member Posted January 8, 2011 Member Share Posted January 8, 2011 Does font rendering look different to anyone else on today's build? Looks terrible in some cases. SoapyHamHocks Member Posted January 8, 2011 Member Share Posted January 8, 2011 For you guys that want the Firefox icon on the appmenu you should really be doing it something like this: #appmenu-button .button-icon { width: 16px !important; height: 14px !important; background: url(http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3769988/temp/fox.png) no-repeat !important; } #appmenu-button { padding: 0 8px 1px !important; min-width: 0 !important; } #appmenu-button .button-text { visibility: collapse !important; } There is no need to style the button-text and use all those negative margins, plus it would probably be different depending on the appmenu label.
