Its the Neowin logo on basic merchandise, any of us could do that. Even though everything has the logo, everything I see is white with a neowin logo on it. Barely any customization to it. Just to maybe make my ideas clearer. On the Caps, I would LOVE to have a cap that said "Were unprofessional journalism looks better... Neowin.net ! " The same goes for the mugs. And even though the baseballs jerseys have different colors they all feel "meh". Perhaps having tshirts with peoples status, eg. moderator, coderator, globalmod, newsreporter, subscriber ( but not limited to people with those ranks)etc. Or at least the colors with a catch phrase like a red tshirt with "Neowin.net, the place where hazmat suits are worn as underwear", "neowin.net Got Hazmat Suit?" or "Warn level:0" Etc... The same goes for the mouse pads, Maybe they sound a Bit tacky, however it's to make the idea more understandable. Now don't get me wrong, I would probably buy a mug or a Tshirt, just to support to some extent, but not because I really like what I bought? Anyway my 2 cents.
