Desktop Mascot also allows you to drag and move your mascots. By Desktop Mascot, you could have your favorite desktop picture and other pictures on your screen at the same time. Desktop Mascot is also a extremely tiny, customizable & portable software. Other features: 1. All menu icons are customizable. 2. English, Simp., Trad. Chinese and Japanese interface are supported. More lang. will be supported in the future. 3. All settings are saved in an ini file. 4. Completely portable. 5. Transparent layer (aka Alpha channel) of PNG image is supported.
