Ancelotti's subs were also clueless although that's hardly surprising. Never expected us to get a penalty in this competition so I'm not really bothered by that. That's the best I can say in his defence. I found Essien was the best of your team this evening. Torres is still a wandering ghost though... Really? That performance was hardly shocking as he's been a passenger since November but Mikel is so much better that him now it's not even funny. Used to be a terrific box-to-box midfielder but apparently two injuries to his knees ruined him. Chelsea had the same problem with Shevchenko. I feel the pressure of the price tag may be going to his head as well.
