Out of nowhere, some new company called URshow's announced a show happening next month that's got MMA, grappling, boxing, and wrestling all on the same card. https://www.urshow.tv/Events/UR%20Fight On the MMA side, they've got Ken Shamrock vs. Dan Severn (they're also running a contest where someone gets to be in Shamrock's corner), and the grappling match is Chael Sonnen vs. Michael Bisping (one way for Chael to get around his ban).

What a disaster.

Apparently Dada went into cardiac arrest shortly after the fight was over and had to be hospitalized.

The whole event was a major disaster. Scott Coker left Strikeforce with at least some credibility. But since taking over at Bellator, he's lost every ounce of it. Bellator 149 should have never happened, at least not with those 2 main events. Dana White claims he didn't see it, but he's probably laughing his ass off at what a joke MMA is becoming outside of the UFC.

So apparently Dos Anjos broke his foot and now Connor is fighting Nate Diaz who has only had about 10 days to prepare.

Should be interesting. Connor is predicting a first round K.O.

10 days to prepare against McGregor..  should be interesting.   Diaz has the size.. but McGregor is on a roll.

I'm watching that URshow URfight event right now, and the MMA match was a car crash. I'm guessing both Ken Shamrock and Dan Severn backed out, as it's actually Mavrick Harvey (8-4) vs. Shannon Ritch (53-79 - seriously), it lasted less than two minutes, and this was the only highlight...

...ok, I just found out that Shamrock backed out of the MMA fight first and got replaced by Tank Abbott, who then failed the medical. http://www.mmafighting.com/2016/3/19/11264824/dan-severn-######-at-no-balls-ken-shamrock-for-pulling-out-of-their So they replaced it with a jobber vs. someone who hadn't fought professionally in over 8 years + two local fighters getting some exposure. What a farce.

Oh, and the grappling match between Bisping and Sonnen was a boring draw.

He was trolling in a way. He put a post up on his facebook explaining it.

Long and short of it his he thinks all the media stuff the UFC wants him to do is getting in the way of his training for fights, which he used as an excuse for losing against Nate.

And surprise surprise, Zuffa found a way to ###### up last night...

Seriously, they banned what many people would say is the best MMA journalist around just because he broke the Brock Lesnar news (and the McGregor/Diaz rematch) before they did.

Without knowing the full details there could be a legit reason, let's not overreact now

They could have easily broken an NDA on purpose to be "First!" or there could be other reasons
