I don't know what installer you have either, because I downloaded the one from the Piriform site and didn't get any toolbars.

AnotherITguy
The only diffrence you'll ever see is that i'll continue adding software to clean up (eg: software the puts junk in the trunk) apart from that notice that even the UI hasnt changed much from the software's earlier days
strotee
must of been only you i downloaded it & did not have it I got the Google Chrome offer also. Do you have it installed? I don't, so, maybe it doesn't offer it to people who already have it? Wild guess.

Wild guess. You don't have to install it but I preferred the cleaner slim build that was offered in the past. I don't have Chrome installed on this system. According to a Mod on the forums there will be a slim version soon. Chasethebase Reporter Posted October 29, 2010 Reporter Share Posted October 29, 2010 Awesome, they updated the icon as well as the icons in the interface. Looks much sharper. Note to Windows dev's: Do the same! (Y)
Zmijutin
Do you use registry cleaner? I used to use it on my last install of W7, and boot was significantly slower! Do you have same experience?
bjoswald
For nerds like us, CCleaner isn't necessary. But when you have to clean up other people's computers, it's a godsend. Especialy v3.
