So In-Store is the class with the attribute date.

A Customer can place zero or many Items on hold and Inventory can be placed on hold zero or many times.

In real world it could be several things. In-Store could be the actual ordering system. Customer details are link to an item which is placed on hold for them and inventory linked to say that item is being accounted for.

Hell it could even just be a piece of paper with a date on it stating when they plan on picking it up or how long the item remains 'on hold'.
