MR_Candyman
Stability Improvements? I haven't had a single crash in Opera 11. Thanks for the heads up. Now to wait for an Opera USB version in a few days. NVM: The auto-update actually works properly for portable installs now! tiagosilva29
I've had it crash once, but that was using the built-in mail client. There are lots of fixes for crashes on the UNIX version. Maybe they fixed what had your instance crash. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/971458-opera-1101/#findComment-593635698 Share on other sites

Nagisan
Stability Improvements? I haven't had a single crash in Opera 11. Thanks for the heads up. Now to wait for an Opera USB version in a few days. NVM: The auto-update actually works properly for portable installs now! In the past week I have had 3-4 crashes. I typically have 20 or more tabs open at a time, but 10 never crashed as much as 11 on my system. :/ Hopefully these new fixes will fix some of my crashes. EDIT: After reading it, a majority of my crashes have been when closing a tab, and some have been when going to a site (no specific site, just somewhat random). Looks like they fixed a majority of the things crashing my Opera, but only time will tell. Chaltalian
I'm trying Opera 11 for a while and so far it's pretty fast. Some glitches that annoy me though. They usually fix the bugs pretty quick, so I have faith whatever I have encountered is fixed in 11.01. dknm
It feels unusually snappy , but I've found some glitches while browsing pbucket . Good stuff! Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/971458-opera-1101/#findComment-593641386 Share on other sites
Chaltalian
They updated the UI on the search bar. The pushed-in state for the button to display your search engine list and the actual search "Go" button is now white instead of blue. It looks a little bit better. :) Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/971458-opera-1101/#findComment-593641574 Share on other sites
