So, I'm thinking of getting a 64man Conquest server, still debating on getting just a gameserver or a dedicated server and installing 1x 64man server on it, so there wont be ANY chance for resource issues.

There are no dedicated server files for Battlefield servers, only Ranked Server Providers, which are specifically selected by EA/DICE and are the only companies you can rent a server through.

  • In-game lagometer (network stability available too)

  • Open beta was six month old code (if not nine months old!)
  • Operation Metro was used because it tests everything in game. All types of destruction.

anyone notice that at the start they were hyping the SP as being awesome but we haven't heard ish about it...

To be honest, I really don't give a **** about the SP. I play BF for the MP, not the SP.

A squad is no bigger than 4 in the military.

Yeah, maybe they're holding off for a launch trailer with SP footage. I'm definitely interested in playing it though. I was intrigued by the SP campaign in Medal of Honor. If they could have missions where you use different vehicles as well as follow a main story (e.g. save the US from getting nuked), then I think it could be pretty good.
