Single player of Bad Company 2 was quite nice if not of high quality.

I have high hopes for the Single Player of BF 3.

Of course I am getting it for all the three:

SP

Co-Op

MP

But there are even people who are just buying it for SP, not even caring about MP or Co-Op

dude the single player of BC2 was terrible and really short. the AI was dumb as ****, even on the hardest. i think you might be the only person who has said the single player was actually good. MP = amazing, SP = crap.

It was short, true.

But it wasn't that bad either

yeah but if you are going to hype it like a true CoD killer, at least tell us about the SP...

Infinity Ward seems to be doing a good job with their SP campaign trailers. The

I have no complaints about their SP campaigns however foolish the story might be.

Should I register it in Origin immediately or wait for 21st?

well you can't play it without origin so you don't have much of a choice...

What I meant was that is it safe to redeem the code now?

Because on the Origin it says the pre-load starts 21st, friday.

if you acquired the game legally i wouldn't be worried about it. only thing you can do is try.

Really sad that the g3 and m14 are not making it from bc2 :(

There is a g3 late in the assault class. And the SKS is very similar to the m14, it's in the recon kit. I used it quite a bit. Fun weapon to use.

I don't see any harm in it. The most they'll do is say you can't register your key yet and then you'll just have to wait until Friday.

I did and it says just below the logo, 'unreleased'

A few more specifics on the pre-load..

The digital download of “Battlefield 3 – Limited Edition” will become available for pre-load at October 21, 2011 at 7:00am PST for those customers who have pre-ordered. These customers will be able to download “Battlefield 3 – Limited Edition” ahead of time and get their activation key in preparation for the October 25, 2011 release. Customers who have pre-loaded will be able to play immediately on October 25 at Midnight Pacific time when Electronic Arts turns on their activation servers.

So who else here is getting it for 360? I have class and later a Mumford and Sons concert to go to on release date, but I'll find some time somewhere to give it a shot. If anybody is in SW-Ontario or NE-US, feel free to add me. I'm getting tired of playing with randoms in BC2 (all my friends are CoD kiddies... well, adults, haha).

Awesome trailer! Damavand Peak looks amazing. And did we get a glimpse of Wake Island or Gulf of Oman? Both of those maps feature a US aircraft carrier.

I'm guessing that as it's in the "main" section of the trailer, it'll be one of the launch maps; either Noshahr Canals or Kharg Island - http://blogs.battlefield.ea.com/battlefield_bad_company/archive/2011/10/14/multiplayer-map-reveal-part-ii.aspx
