Few bugs though... when not active - scrollbars go pink, once a window is maximised and the restore button is clicked, the icon is left drawn over the top of the old one and also when maximised, the window captions look a bit strange because of the white shadow. To see all these bugs just open a blank IE window (about:blank) and maximise it. Also the help icon goes fugly when clicked for example in the Display control panel. The caption buttons also look nearly identical to classix (ie. slightly modified). It's not the size of the graphic or its complexity, it's the principle. Make your own graphics so you can truely call this visual style your own.
