As mentioned in this thread, you cannot upgrade or downgrade from a nightly, which must be installed separately. I would assume that they will likely compile multiple aurora builds in between each update to add in the changes and fixes from the nightly build for the next update. These "unofficial" builds will probably be uploaded into the trunk for anyone to download, but it would defeat the purpose of utilizing a separate channel from the nightly. No, just pick any of the builds posted today and you are set to receive the weekly updates from now on. I was just speaking in general that you might notice that more builds will be posted in that download trunk over time and you don't have to download those.
