Marshall Veteran Posted March 20, 2011 Veteran Share Posted March 20, 2011 What is Tiles?Tiles is an application that lets you easily manage running applications and windows with a customizable interface that resides on your desktop. Many of us are used to switching windows via the start menu, but that can become difficult with lots of apps open, especially with apps with multiple windows or documents that you might be working on. Source I'm pretty sure Win7 already manages all of these interface options without the use of a bloated 3rd party software. Who using Windows 7 is used to switching windows via the start menu? I think this program is targeted mainly at vista/xp users.
Darrian
LOL. Now that you've brought that up, I can't recall using the Start menu to switch windows, well, EVER.
briangw
2/ This product will probably be overpriced like any stardock's appz. From what I gathered, it is only available through the Object Desktop subscription.

Kyle A
The way I see it, Windows 7 pretty much made all of Stardock's Object Desktop software obsolete, this included. Seahorsepip, Marshall, Vice and 1 other 4 Share

priceless100
honestly,it's a bad idea and it look like we already can handle it very quickly by alt-tab 3D flip or taskbar...in mac even more faster than that with exposure!!!
