Downloaded the ISO straight from the Microsoft Store online.

I also did a clean install when the official Microsoft discs came in the mail.

Do you update to SP1 with windows update or the standalone installer? If you haven't already, try the standalone SP1 installer. I have no idea if that will help, but its worth a shot.
