IP range etc maybe but definately ban and delete that profile as a member. I dont think its funny and that guy must have some sorta prob with you, in saying that, Neowin admin should take steps to prevent this as its clearly someone trying to copycat you and antagonise you. I've noticed other Windows XP dialogs aren't fully themed as well (bits of classic mixed in), sigh just like MS to do a half-assed job. This inconsistency is my biggest complaint with XP, hopefully Longhorn will resolve the issue.
