2K Games reveals first official screenshots of NBA 2K18

2K Games, the publisher behind blockbuster games like Borderlands and others, has just revealed some official screenshots of the next installment of the annual NBA 2K series. The game, which is scheduled to launch on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch shows some serious improvements over the previous entry.

Thanks to these images, we can see that the developer has done extensive work improving the realism surrounding in-game character's faces and accompanying expressions. The screenshots show DeMar DeRozan, Paul George, and Isaiah Thomas in breathtaking detail.

The U.S. version of the game will showcase Kyrie Irving as the cover star, with the Special and Deluxe editions of the game featuring Shaquille O'Neill as its cover star. In Canada, DeMar DeRozan will take center stage. Gamers who pre-order the game will get early access on September 15.
