Yesterday, Microsoft unveiled some exciting news at its E3 Xbox keynote event. Pushing beyond standard releases, we learned that the Xbox will have some of the hottest titles this holiday season that will come as exclusives to the Xbox One. If that wasn't enough, Microsoft is also leveraging its back catalog by making the Xbox One backwards compatible with Xbox 360 titles.
While attending keynotes are fun, the real perk of attending E3 is being able to play these titles before they are released. Naturally, being the first day of E3 2015, the show floor was packed with eager gamers, press and industry folk. The doors opened at 12pm sharp and the show floor, demo kiosks and press rooms were flooded with foot traffic.
Microsoft's Xbox booth housed a plethora of exclusive titles, but this year's focus seemed to be on 'Rise of the Tomb Raider', 'Forza 6' and 'Halo 5: Guardians'. These stations were fairly large with a large amount of space being dedicated to each title. The Xbox booth also had other titles available from indie developers and other smaller studios.
