Twitter user and popular leakster 'Patrick Schur' posted an interesting photo via his Twitter account which reportedly shows the block diagram of AMD's RDNA 2-based Navi 23 GPU powering Tesla's newly refreshed 2021 Model X and S' infotainment system. This rumor isn't new as the same user alleged this development back in November last year.
The block diagram (below) suggests that the Navi 23 inside the Teslas will pack four 2GB modules for a total of 8GB 14Gbps GDDR6 memory on a 128-bit wide memory interface. This equates to a maximum memory bandwidth of 244GB/s. Although Navi supports PCIe 4.0 since its first generation, the Navi 23 inside the Tesla X and S apparently features PCIe Gen 3 on an eight-lane wide bus. As display outputs, it also seems to have a single HDMI 1.4 and dual DisplayPorts 1.2.

Both Model S, the Sedan, and Model X, the SUV, feature a 17" display with a resolution of 2200-by-1300. Tesla says that gaming on these will be powered by hardware with a processing power of up to 10 teraflops, which is in the territory of the PS5 and the Xbox Series X. The rumored specification of Radeon's Navi 23 (or smaller Navi) says that it has 32 Compute Units or 2048 stream processors according to Reddit user u/stblr. For a 10 teraflop count, the 32 CUs will have to be running at ~2.44GHz which we certainly know is possible from existing Big Navi RX 6800 and 6900 models.
