Amazon today unveiled some new models of its Fire HD 10 tablets. The image you're seeing above is the new silver aluminum model, the first iteration of the Fire HD 10 to come in a metal casing.
The firm is also offering a 64GB model for the first time. It would appear that the 64GB version is exclusive to the silver aluminum model at the moment. If you're on the listing for the black or white model and try to click the grayed out 64GB option, it will immediately change the color.
As always, all storage variations of the Fire HD 10 do come with up to 128GB of expandable storage.
The Fire HD 10 is the largest device in Amazon's line-up, coming in at 10.1" and as the "HD" naming would suggest, the resolution is 1280x800, coming out to 149ppi. Other models are the Fire 7, which starts at only $49.99; the Fire HD 6, starting at $69.99; and the Fire HD 8, starting at $149.99.
You can grab the new Fire HD 10 models from Amazon right now. Pricing comes in at $229.99, $259.99, and $289.99 for the 16, 32, and 64GB models, respectively. Of course, that's with Special Offers. If you want to remove ads, you'll have to tack on an additional $15.
