In February, T-Mobile offered some fairly interesting deals on some of its best handsets. A month later, it again discounted the LG V20, offering it for a price that was highly tempting. If you were passing on those deals because the handsets were carrier locked, this new deal on the LG V20 might be of more interest.
Newegg has discounted the unlocked variant of the LG V20 to $499 for the next couple of days. While this is still a good deal, there is a coupon code that can be applied that will slash another $50 off of the already reduced price. Perhaps the only catch with this deal is that the coupon code will require the buyer to signup for Newegg's newsletter. If you're still interested, just enter the promo code "EMCSRERD5" before you check out for the sweet additional discount.
If you've forgotten what kind of specifications the V20 offers, you can check it out in detail down below:
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor
- 4GB RAM with 64GB of storage and microSD expansion
- 5.7-inch QHD IPS Quantum Display
- 16MP rear camera / 8MP wide angle rear camera / 5MP front-facing camera
- 3,200mAh removable battery with Quick Charge
- Android 7.0 Nougat
If you want something a bit newer and are willing to spend a couple hundred more, at the end of this week, LG's latest handset, the G6, will start to arrive to carriers in the US. The handset will cost $650 and will also include a free Google Home for those that pre-order.
