Android Pay has slowly been expanding support with more banks, credit cards and being made available in more regions. Today, Android Pay is expanding even further with the inclusion of Chase, Santander and TSB.
Chase is one the largest banks in the United States, and as such, it offers a plethora of cards under its own brand and via hotels and airlines. If you are an Android user and have been hankering to use mobile payments, you'll be happy to know that Android Pay will now support your Chase issued credit cards. If you are overseas in the UK, the service will begin supporting Santander and TSB in the coming weeks.
Beyond adding new banks, there is now added support for rewards programs from Walgreens, Chili's and Dunkin' Donuts. Customers will be able to use Android Pay to earn and redeem their loyalty points at the aforementioned establishments.
Lastly, Android Pay will now be accepted via the mobile web, where payments can be made through selected sites. For now, Groupon.com and 1-800-Flowers.com will be supported, with many more to come in the near future.
